Wave after wave! One by one! The rush of production suspension notices caught the hearts of textile people. The phenomenon of difficult shipments not only appears in dyeing factories, printing factories, and coating factories. Many weaving manufacturers have now closed down for rectification due to environmental issues.

The factory closed and the production stopped, and the delivery was postponed. The strict environmental protection investigation and the surging RMB have greatly increased the cost...

At present, many friends have reported:

"Due to environmental protection, the factory stopped production, how to explain to customers? It has been more than a few days after the delivery date!"

"Carton is out of stock, unable to pack, can't keep up with the customer's deadline, what should I do?"

"Several dyeing factories supplied by our company have been shut down. Many goods have not been made after being dragged!"

"Almost all the recent orders are backordered. All the reasons you can tell the customer can be said. Environmental protection inspections, typhoons, and manpower are not enough...Guests said they were helpless."

Many foreign traders responded by asking suppliers for quotations, and the enquiries went up one at a time, causing panic. Foreign trade friend Xiao Ni complained: "Looking for a supplier offer in Zhejiang, people will not offer it directly."

Although the cost has greatly increased and the delivery time has been delayed, the list still needs to be done and the goods still have to be sold. In this case, the only thing you can do is to honestly explain the situation to the guests and obtain understanding. For customers who are not familiar with the situation in the Chinese market, it may take more effort to explain this matter, so as not to give customers the impression of being untrustworthy/unpunctual.

No one knows who is going up in raw materials. Continue?

The RMB has risen a lot before! The dollar plunged! The euro has also risen! Raw materials are crazy! I don't want to do foreign trade anymore! Let's take a look at the extent to which raw materials have risen:

Of course, we textile traders first look at textile raw materials:

Nylon yarn: Since July, nylon yarn has risen by more than 2,000 yuan/ton, compared with the current price increase of 13% compared with the end of June, and an increase of more than 30% year-on-year.

Spandex yarn: Following the price increase of spandex manufacturers in early August, mainstream manufacturers' quotations continued to rise on August 28, rising by as much as 2,000 yuan/ton, and spandex rose by 3,000 yuan/ton within a month.

Polyester yarn: Driven by cost, various specifications of polyester filament yarn have also been steadily increasing in the recent period. At present, polyester filament yarn has been at a high position during the year, and the price increase is about 14%-18% compared with the same period last year.

Dyestuffs/Dyeing Fees: In August, the price of disperse dyes was raised three times, rising by nearly RMB 100 million/ton. Affected by the cost, the major dyeing factories in Shengze District made a collective voice and raised the price of dyeing fees. Some of the specifications have increased by more than 1 wool. In addition to the increase in dyeing fees, some dyeing factories have increased the small tanks. Standard, reject small cylinders under 2000 meters.

In addition to these, in fact, most of the raw materials have been greatly affected by environmental protection. Let's take a look at the external market:
